Easy drinker with a nice oily texture. The flavor is weaker than what I'm used to, but it is one of the smoothest whiskies I've had.

At first, you might think the iodine note is weird. You might say it reminds you of bandaids. However... as soon as you go back to regular smoky whiskies, something will be missing. That iodine note is a must-have, and you will come crawling back to Lagavulin 16 without a doubt.

Dominant spice with some fruity wine influence. It's good but not the smoothest.

Smoky, but too simple. Nothing special about this one.

Smoky, salty bacon. Super easy to drink considering the alcohol and smoke level. I would rate it higher but I prefer more medicinal scotches.
