Neat, on the nose: vanilla and herbal notes. The taste is very intense due to the strength. Adding water to make it more pleasant. The nose becomes woodier after adding water. The taste becomes peaty, woody, a bit sugary. The finish is medicinal. Adding even more water makes it smell like berries?? The flavor becomes very nice and sweet with woody undertones. Customizable drink!?

The nose is butter and salted prune. The palate is more salted prune and leather. With water added it's also very delicious! Water makes is smoother and sweeter.

On the nose: green apple and spices. On the palate it's smooth, spicy, and unusually sweet in a good way. Excellent slightly oily texture. Short woody finish that leaves a pleasant sweetness in the mouth.

Super unique for a highland sherry finish. Butter on the nose. Woody butter flavor on the palate. Very nice

The aroma is sour fruit with spices. The flavor really tastes like a rye even though it's a wheat. More sour fruit and spices on the palate. I like it a lot! Good with and without water added.

The nose is green grape / green apple, slight buttered popcorn. Neat wasn't very complex and slightly hotter with the alcohol burn. With water it's much better, still fruity and also woody. Tastes fine but wouldn't buy again

With a few drops of water: the aroma is sweetened condensed milk and saltwater. The flavor is also pleasant saltwater with a deep, rich flavor. Very nice for a quiet brooding feel

Neat: the nose has light molecules of apple with heavier notes of tiramisu. The palate is torched sugar (creme brulee?) with a leathery finish. With water: the nose and palate are similar with a distinct woody apple blend. Better with water!

Before water: on the nose it's salted butter and stone fruit. The alcohol burn was a little hot with a lovely aftertaste of wood and cream. With water it's much better. Nose is buttered popcorn and cotton candy. The flavor is vanilla and cinnamon roll complete with the doughy finish. Very nice!

Neat: aroma of bread and grape leaf. The palate is hard to discern but the finish has sherry fruitiness and a hint of coffee. Tastes better with water! With water the aroma becomes buttery. The taste becomes rich, sweet and woody.
