Nose: Peach, creamy smoke, raisins, honey Palate: Peaches, pears Finish: Oak spice, ginger, white pepper, walnuts, and after a minute or so... rum raisins

Nose: Brine and peat upfront, very faint hints of apple and citrus fruits Palate: Tobacco, dill Finish: Charred oak, chocolate, black pepper

Nose: Cherry, caramelized banana, nutmeg, white chocolate Palate: Vanilla, cinnamon, red apples Finish: Black pepper, cherry It's very smooth and doesn't linger very long after taking a sip, it kind of fades into the background rather quickly. It's a good beginner rye and probably best utilized when mixing cocktails.

Nose: Honey nuts, apricots, coffee beans, melted butter, burnt popcorn Palate: Cinnamon, allspice, ginger, black pepper Finish: Plums, barrel charred smoke

Nose: Apple sauce, bananas Palate: Brine, pepper, caramelised red apples that turn into apple cider Finish: Oak spice, cinnamon, some smoke lingering

Nose: Sweet gentle peat smoke, green apples, apple sauce Palate: Brine, pears, apples, black pepper spice building up towards the end Finish: Black pepper, brine, lingering peat smoke

Nose: Honey roasted cereals, raisins, cinnamon. Palate: Red apples, red grapes, walnuts and then raisins towards the end Finish: Smoke, lightly salted caramel, oak spice lingering

The nose reminds me of a fruity cheesecake. Vanilla, peach, mango & creamy biscuit notes. Palate has mango, cinnamon, oak spice. Finishes on white pepper, vanilla and apples.

On the nose there's raisins, orange zest and lots of peat. Palate has dill, raisins, peach, smoke and more peat. Black pepper lingers on the finish.
