Tastes

Apricots, tart yellow pears and honey roasted almonds on the nose. Initially on the palate there is big hit of oak spice and minerals. Followed by vanilla, molasses and figs. Marzipan and tobacco finish. Very impressive for such a young whisky.

Nose is cream, shortbread cookies, white chocolate and a hint of strawberries. Palate kicks off with cinnamon and black pepper, then turns into honeydew melon. Finishes with tart strawberries and lingering pepper spice.

Smoky and sweet.

Vanilla and spice on the nose. Palate is dusty charred oak up front. Marzipan, ginger, vanilla and caramel sweetness behind that. Black pepper finish.

Bananas on the nose, not typical bananas but a banana flavored candy. There's a very specific swedish candy called ''skumbanan'' and that's pretty much what I'm getting from it. The taste is more of the same, takes me back to when I was a kid eating these overly sweet banana flavored candies. Also red grapes and oak spice in there. Ripe pears on the finish. Definitely not your usual whisky flavors in there, but I really enjoy it for what it is. A really nice and unusual dessert whisky.

Buttered toast, syrup and ripe red apples on the nose. On the palate; apples, tobacco spice, ash.

Nose is dark sweet raisins... and I also get apple cider. Taste is rich and tart; dried nuts, tobacco and apple.
