Incredible. Bananas and tropical fruits, bubblegum candy and caramel. There’s also a touch of soy sauce and seaweed in there that you can’t unnotice. This brings me back to my tropical childhood.

Honey, butter, vanilla cream, cereals, with a touch of sherry. Very light on the mouthfeel, a smooth and pleasant dram if lacking in character. I’d put it with Bowmore, and that’s not a compliment. Rather poor value.

Sherry, cream, stewed fruits and nuts and cereals. Initially it is spirit forward sherry nuclear bomb with a dry mouthfeel and finish, astringent and even a little harsh. With a bit of time in the bottle it does become quite elegant. This really needs some time to shine.

When Ardbeg meets Sherry. A rich, complex marriage. Rich raisins and sweet, applewood smoked bacon on grilled pineapples. You know what’s better than an Ardbeg Oogie? An Ardbeg Oogie after a good steak / roast.

Dessert wine notes play with classic Glenmorangie accents. A lemon meringue pie. I expected a bit more. Too expensive for what it is.

Turkish delight and cotton candy. Non-chill filtered elevates this Glenmorangie experience. It’s a sweet whisky if you’re looking for one.

Sweet peat, dark chocolate and oak, salted caramel and a pop of cherries in the finish. Finish is incredibly long. Gets better with some time in the bottle.

Green apples on a strong malt heart. Some jellied fruits, mushrooms, a light touch of smoke. Where did the Talisker and Caol Ila go? Very similar to Ballantine’s to me - quite underwhelming and uninspiring. Gets a little better after some time in the bottle.
