Siesta Key Toasted Coconut
Distiller Score 90
The aroma of the rum is that of freshly-cut coconut cream pie. As this fades, slight honey-vanilla and spice notes linger. The flavor of the rum is dominated by the rich toasted coconut notes. Vanilla, baking spices, and honey augment the finish.

Beach House Spiced Rum
Distiller Score 88
More fruity than spicy, this rum is what it must be like to sip Carmen Miranda's hat, sort of an all-in-one bottled punch. Intense fruitiness cha-chas onto the palate with mango, apricot, peach, passion-fruit, papaya, banana and a note of bubblegum. There is a strong orange element - with both blood orange and navel orange added to the mix, as well as the zest. Hints of cinnamon and allspice come in only at the finish. For those who aren't typically fans of spiced rums, this might finally be one to make peace with. Best served on the rocks.

Brinley Gold Shipwreck Coconut Rum
Distiller Score 80
The aroma has a strong natural coconut note with hints of alcohol around the edges. As you taste, the promised coconut from the aroma is delivered without the artificial chemical bite you find in other flavored rums. The coconut flavor lasts well into the finish and is never dominated by the alcohol.

Kōloa Kaua'i Coconut Rum
Distiller Score 80
The inviting nose is fresh and natural with sweet coconut. There's no artificial sunscreen scent here, thankfully. The heat on the palate is a welcome balancing feature that's missing from many of the lower proof, cordial-like flavored rum on the market. There's nothing cloying here just fresh coconut and white sugar on the palate. The finish is bittersweet with a bit of a white chocolate note.

Prichard's Sweet Georgia Belle Peach Mango Rum
Distiller Score 80
The aroma of the rum is fruit-forward with a swirl of peach and mango on a base of vanilla sweet rum. Sipping the rum reveals the peach fruit flavors dominating the profile while the mango nips and augments it around the edges. There is a lightly pleasant alcohol note married with the mango nipping around the tongue before taking over in a long sweet finish. This rum delivers the promised flavor profile with out the artificial/oily mouth feel that you have in other flavor rum products.

Tiki Lovers Pineapple Rum
Distiller Score 82
The pineapple aroma on this rum is intensely sweet, more akin to artificial candy than fresh fruit. On the palate, it has a creamy texture and the pineapple notes are less intensely bright but still artificial and a bit syrupy, in a way that overwhelms the palate.

Pink Pigeon Vanilla Spiced Rum
Distiller Score 92
This rum is high on the sweet scale with heaps of vanilla extract, marshmallows, and cookie dough. Rich and oily on your palate, the flavors are the same as what you find on the nose. The finish ends ever so slightly spicy so as not to make the rum completely unctuous. You're going to want to mix this one to cut the sweet, preferably with some citrus.

Captain Morgan Private Stock Rum
Distiller Score 76
Sugary butterscotch and vanilla are coated with cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. There's a hint of coconut and other sweet tropical fruits, and some suggestion of roasted coffee. This finishes smoother and cleaner than most of the other expressions, but you would still have to like your rum on the super sweet side.

Canerock Jamaican Spiced Rum
Distiller Score 85
Vanilla beans, buttercream and sherry combine in an almost spiked eggnog fashion on the nose. The palate is sweet and rich, with coconut cream and shavings emerging strongest towards the back and finish. Closing notes also include the appearance of the rum backbone, with molasses, oak tannins, and spice. Altogether, almost drinks like a bottled tropical rum Old Fashioned.

Muddy River Spiced Carolina Rum
Distiller Score 82
The aroma of the rum provides notes of cinnamon, bubblegum, really sweet vanilla, and brown sugar. On the palate the rum enters with a cinnamon and vanilla combination, that quickly transmutes with a fruity sweetness balanced by baking spices. These notes are subdued by a bit of clove that introduces a quick bite of bitterness bringing the sweetness down further as the rum fades.

Maggie's Farm Pineapple-Infused 50/50 Rum
Distiller Score 86
With a dark yellow gold color, this rum has a sweet aroma similar to what you might expect from a pineapple gummy bear (you know, the clear ones). The pinapple flavor is soft on the palate at first, slowly developing into a richer fruitiness. It's slightly bitter as well, perhaps from the oils extracted from the pineapple bark during distillation. The longer you sip on this rum, the nicer a fresh pineapple flavor develops on your palate.
