Chartreuse Green Liqueur
Distiller Score 93
The nose is unmistakably green, with aromatic notes of pine needle, parsley, mint, dill, thyme, and bay leaf along with nutmeg, cinnamon, and anise. The palate is similarly evergreen, with a honeyed sweetness coating spring florals (jasmine, lily of the valley), grassy herbs, golden apple, pear, and bitter roots such as wormwood. The finish is rich and viscous, with a hit of spice and a faint flavor of licorice adding a refreshing, and well balanced dismount.

Apologue Aronia Berry Liqueur
Distiller Score 90
Bright ruby in color, this liqueur has a rich and vibrant aroma, akin to raspberry fruit leather. On the palate, it's equally vibrant, with a prominent tart and sweet aronia and cherry notes leading the way. Also present are hints of cinnamon, orange and a touch of florality. This would be a fantastic summer sip topped with a bit of soda and garnished with lemon.

Grand Marnier Cuvée Louis Alexandre
Distiller Score 91
Candied orange peel and tart cherries combine on the nose suggesting a brandy Old Fashioned. There's also a candy bar effect—chocolate-covered almonds and nougat. The palate is light and syrupy, growing richer towards the back, with sugar-coated grapes, vanilla taffy, and a slight hit of tannins. The finish offers a lingering sweetness with an orange Champagne marmalade, a signature Grand Marnier note.

Mr Black Single Origin Colombia
Distiller Score 96
This coffee liqueur has a rich, opaque appearance very similar to a classic cup of joe. Look for milk chocolate, dark berry and vanilla aromas on the nose. On the palate, it has a creamy texture, with notes of dark chocolate and slight nuttiness. There's a hint of sweetness, but it's in balance with the mildly bitter notes you expect from coffee. Chill for a wonderfully simple after dinner sip.

Still Austin Whiskey Co. Delevante Coffee Liqueur
Distiller Score 89
Dark amber in color, on the nose this coffee liqueur smells like a sweetened cup of joe. There’s an underpinning of heat on this liqueur from its whiskey base, which is balanced nicely with coffee and chocolate notes. Though rich, it’s not saccharine, and would work well in cocktails or over ice as an after-dinner drink.

Campari Cask Tales (Discontinued)
Distiller Score 92
With the same orange-red garnet hue of the original Campari, Cask Tales has a pleasant, but somewhat subdued aroma of bitter orange peel. On the palate, its texture is silky and the liqueur's flavor is full and rich. Most prominent are notes of bitter herbs and grapefruit rind and bright fruit. However, it's noticeably less bracing than it counterpart, with a touch of oak to smooth it out. While this would be a great addition to any cocktail calling for the original Campari, it's also very easy to sip on its own.

Apologue Persimmon Bittersweet Liqueur
Distiller Score 89
With a vibrant garnet hue, this liqueur looks and smells a lot like a well-known bitter amaro with very similar coloration. On the palate, however, it sets itself apart. First, there is a wonderfully piquant spice note, a bite of gentian, and hints of bitter orange. While you can certainly pick out the honey-like flavor of persimmon, it's not the predominant note. Use this as a substitute for bitter orange liqueurs in cocktails in the Negroni family or as the base for a Spritz.
