Tasting Notes
"Sweet and spicy aromas have a subtle impact on the heavy char notes in the nose. These are mellowed out in the finish as the liquid breathes in the glass. With a medium-to-heavy weight on the palate, there are flavors of cooked popcorn kernels, spice, and burnt sugar mingling with toasted oak spice and cooked apple. This one needs a bit of time to open up, but it does deliver when it's had a chance to breathe in the glass. "
