1792 Full Proof Straight Bourbon

Nose is burnt sugar and fresh hay. On the palate, you are immediately hit with bananas foster fading to burnt sugar and hot cinnamons. Finish is short but does have a nice lingering warmth on your chest. Distinct, good. Not great, but worth owning for a very reasonable price.

Banana, caramel, vanilla and pepper. Needs ice at 125 proof- hits the back of your throat pretty hard.

Nose: high proof. Oak/char, delish Palate: sweet upfront, spicy Finish, high proof/burn

Hype yes, flavor decent but don't pay extra

Jensen's pick. Nose: thick vanilla, toffee, buttered popcorn, coca-cola. Palate: rich stewed fruits, mixed berry and cherry, vanilla, finish is rich and warm. Amazing stuff.

I’m never good at the nose, but I definitely taste cinnamon, caramel, and tobacco (22 year of tobacco use makes that one stand out to me.) Is creamy a thing in bourbons? The “thickness” makes me want something to go with it. The burn is perfect...even for a full proof. I definitely enjoyed it.
