Tasting Notes
"512's pungent nose is of cooked agave with other vegetal tones. On the palate, the vegetal quality persists (think cucumber); it's almost beer-like (or perhaps reminiscent of pulque) with generous pepper accents. The mouthfeel is suave but somewhat at odds with the taste. Some sweetness takes over from the pepper on the finish."
