Tasted December 7, 2021Rye seems predominant. Earth, dark chocolate, black pepper, nutmeg, heather, malt, wheat then corn. Slight smoke, peat. Very dry finish, although lasting warmth. This is an interesting whiskey. Perhaps because it is 4 grain? To me this one will need a few chances. Try- neat, with a few drops of water or on ice. -
