RyeUnlike bourbon, rye whiskey can be made anywhere in the world. But if made in the US, the mash bill recipe must be at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels with no age requirement. Elsewhere, the rye whiskey will be made keeping the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.

Tasting Notes
"The nose is quite fruity, with notes of ripe peach, dark cherries, and sweet red apples along with gingerbread-like spices. The palate veers more toward the spicy hot cocoa flavor bent, with notes of malty cocoa, cherry-vanilla, and a robust sprinkle spices that warm the throat and chest. It's got a hefty viscosity with a note of fruity tartness zipping in toward the finish. "
