This is the “salted Carmel latte” of scotchs- tasty, salty, smooth, sweet, and creamy with a beautiful golden color. The nose is bourbony without much sulphur; Initially the sweetness overthrows your tongue, and the the dryness follows up, mellowing out the sugar notes, and then coffee notes come near the end and as you wash it down you get a sort of ... salted raw pie crust finish?.. yep- but it’s nice. This is definitely a dessert scotch and one of the sweetest iv ever tasted - in a good way - but very very sweet none the less. This one will be a nice addition to my arsenal when I get back to the states. Cheers
