Tasting Notes
"This Allt a Bhainne bottling from Chapter 7 provides a unique taste of a whisky rarely seen on its own, and tasting it neat one can see how it would lend structure to a blend. With a mildly medicinal aroma, its palate is tight and grain-forward, with notes of sea salt, sesame, vanilla, and honeysuckle. It's dry and bracing, especially at its high proof. It's not for the faint of heart, but it's a dram worth trying if one can find it."
