Tasting Notes

"This whisky hits hard with a sweet nose brimming with dried stone fruits like cherry, relaxing into floral accents, traditional baking spices and shades of rye grain. The palate is creamy with exquisite wheat grain character, but the sweetness is poke-checked by a swell of dusty rye spice crashing over a slightly nutty finish. The nuttiness is traded for traditional citrus peel and a splash of brine making it fit to be sipped from the Stanley Cup."
