Tasting Notes
"Rye spice and sweet corn characters waft from the glass with heaps of floral honey. This whisky has a marathon nose where maple drifts into the mix along with different cuts of oak. It’s a gentle giant. Sweet-smelling oak flavors dominate with rich caramel, vanilla and baking spices such as ginger. Classic fruity citrus zest and burnt sugar taste like someone took a crème brulee torch to it. The finish is hot and chewy where the fruitiness from the palate transforms to a dry fade. This is Hall of Fame Canadian whisky."
