Amaro dell'Etna

Mild, sweetish, and caramely. Herbal with a faint bitterness, but not much complexity. Light.

Multi-layered. Great herbal bitterness on the backend following some flat cola sweetness upfront. Classic amaro.

Beautiful kiss of rhurbarb stands out, but there is some depth as this weaves together cola sweetness with a distinctly bitter finish with just a hint of mint. One of my favourites.
