Reviewed September 3, 2021 (edited September 29, 2023)Quintessential alpine style amaro. Mint overlay, but it doesn't dominate. Sweet cola-esque mid-palate. Lovely alpine herbal finish. Very subtle cocoa. -

Reviewed October 6, 2020 (edited September 29, 2023)This amaro was a minor revelation. What a perfect blend of sweeter cola notes upfront and herbal bitterness on the backend. Approachable menthol overlay. A blend between Lucano, Averna and Montenegro.Bar Volo -
