It is then finished in Ammunition Sonoma Pinot Noir casks for an additional 3 months. It is bottled at 90 proof.

"Aromas of spearmint, toasted and seeded rye bread, clove, and allspice fill the nose. The palate has flavors reminiscent of fennel seed biscotti mixed with herbal notes of sage and rosemary. Fruity notes of blueberry add to the finish, which has a spark of spicy heat. "
