Angel's Envy Rye Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks

Sweet! I know I’m a little weird when it comes to rye, but I feel this is so sweet. I feel like I am drinking syrup. Candied syrup

Fresh baked cinnamon rolls and gingerbread on the nose. Palate is sweet with notes of burnt sugar, spicy nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla icing, and pineapple. Finish is warm and lingering. Absolutely delicious.

Strong vanilla cinnamon and vanilla on the nose - sweet and rich with a warm spicy sweet finish as well

Forgot to log it last night. My favorite rye by far.

Cinnamon, clove, vanilla, nutmeg, snickerdoodle cookie. Unique and fantastic.

Excellent finished Rye. On the nose, I get chicken and waffles, pancakes, and syrup. It's rich with a hint of that rye spice on the finish. It's a little pricey, but can see myself getting a bottle of this from time to time. More of a desert whiskey than something I would drink regularly.
