Angel's Envy Rye Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks

This unique whiskey presents licorice, cherry cola, and molasses on the nose and gingerbread, marshmallow, and root beer on the nose. A great dessert whiskey, it provides a medium finish. Great after a meal!

sweetness from the rum barrels not present in other ryes. definitely gives it a smooth flavor way unlike any other rye i have tried. sweet and spicy

Nose: honey graham cracker. Taste: maple syrup, sweet desert rye. Finish is a bit short.

Nose is very sweet brown sugar, a little cinnamon, baking spices, oak Taste is very sweet as well... it is liquid pecan pie, can't really taste much else as my taste buds are locked in on pecan pie. Finish is slightly oily and nutty with a little rye spice.
