The mouthfeel is viscous and coating, with the proof bringing warmth. Finish: Long and warm. Dry oak, baking spice, and lingering caramel fade slowly, followed by a leathery note and gentle heat that hangs on well past the swallow. Very pleasant finish for a high proof (115+) bourbon.
