Aviation Gin is a stellar cocktail gin. The dominant notes of spice and citrus helps this gin add great flavors to any mixed drink. Specifically, Aviation Gin shines when used to make martini. When you are out of vodka for your martinis, give Aviation a try.

To be fair I have never had Gin and bought a sample bottle simply because of Ryan Reynolds collection and his claim of “best Gin in the world”. I can not compare it to anything I have tasted before. Has a nice fruity flavor that almost borders on a softer cough syrupy finish. I do plan on buying the full sized bottle after tasting the samples and learning the world of Gin.

The nose is pretty prominent juniper. Taste is much more citrus. Certainly not bad, but maybe too balanced to the point of unremarkable. Come for the gin, experience the vodka.
