Reviewed October 26, 2021 (edited January 29, 2022)Even better after the second or third tasting. Notes of butter, layers of balanced sweetness, and incredibly smooth. Just enough corn to tell you where it came from but enough complexity and huge mouthfeel to keep every sip enticing. This is truly the best corn whiskey I have ever had. It has as much going on as some scotch, but needs no water. -
