Tasting Notes
"The nose shows a mix of aromas with sweet spices mixed with an earthy grain note. It's rich with a light vanilla scent and gentle char smoke. It's a bit hot at first sip with warming spices and is a bit dry on the palate. The body is moderately full and there's a hearty rye flavor with a light cherry note. The finish is tangy and long lasting. Nutty malt flavors peak in and out. Could add a splash of water here to bring out a bit more smoke and some dark chocolate."
