Bardstown Bourbon Co. Origin Series Bottled in Bond Bourbon

2023 release: 6yr 68% corn, 20% wheat, 18% malted barley. In the barrel fall 2017. Shockingly good value. Tastes like high-end Beam product (ex. Booker's, Little Book) with the peanuty/oily notes, but more mellow from the lower proof. Some grassy notes, but surprisingly no rye inside. Beautiful bottle. A must try for $50.
