This batch is a Jamaican rum, barrel aged for seven years. It is finished in Barrell Bourbon's own single-use bourbon casks and bottled at cask strength in Kentucky.

Tasting Notes

"First impressions are of vanilla coupled to caramel and brown sugar with Bananas Foster overtones--but not a lot of heat; that ratchets up to barn-burning intensity on the palate where it's joined by more toasty caramel and sparks from lighted cinnamon bark. Toasty marshmallow appears as the flames burn down to embers. A splash of water smooths everything out admirably."
