Short body. Minimal nose. The apricot flavor is very light. Runs on the hotter side with some ethanol that’s need to burn off before drinking

An apricot bomb, both in aroma and flavor. Has a nice subtle molasses from the rum barrel and pronounced rye spice. An awesome pour!!!

NOSE Rye spice, dried fruit, oak, sweet alcohol, grapey sweetness, candy and dry cologne spice. With time, air and water, the apricot brandy notes really show and there’s a musky/cologne warmth that comes out. PALATE Rye spice, bergamot, dried fruit, oak, sweet alcohol, grapey sweetness, candy, dried apricots and touch of menthol and brown sugar. Weird, unique and super interesting. This might win the year for most intriguing rye delivery. FINISH Long -> Rye, oak and fruity sweetness disperse to a core of spiced apricot.

This is excellent - really quite exceptional. The finishing is well done and makes this a very unique sip. I will likely pick up another in the future. Batch 3 bottled at 118.58 proof

Initially quite hot but calms down with a drop of water. Interesting profile with the rum finish coming in strong and the apricot after taste lingering. Perfect viscosity. Nice burn. Not an everyday drinker but definitely worth trying.
