Barrell Seagrass

Rye spice and apricot dominate. Rum and Maderia play a supporting role in the overall balance. I can distinctly taste each of the three finishes but they also blend together nicely. Overall this is a very nice rye whiskey and the finishing was very well done. I'm glad I got to experience this but I won't be seeking out a second bottle.

Smells sweet and floral, some marmalade. Palate is interesting, lots going on. Mint. Sweetness carries over. Some herbal hints, a bit of saltwater taffy. Apples at the end. Good heat. 5/15/21

Very noticeable apricots notes. One of the most unique flavors I have ever had. Definitely recommend.

Wow there is a lot going on here, spearmint, fruity bubblegum, apricot definitely comes through. Very interesting blend and has me looking forward to trying other Barrell products.
