Barterhouse 20 Year Bourbon

Light brown in color. Smells like nail polish remover. Smooth in mouth. Very heavy burn upon swallowing. Heavy char flavor. Breathe out and get more burn.

Honey brown color that is somewhat lighter than expected. On the nose I get sweetness, caramel, mellow oak, vanilla and some faint heat. The palate is dominated by oak to an unpleasant degree. Some corn comes in at the end. The oak really washed out any other flavor to me, will try this one again after I let the bottle breathe for a while.
