"An uncommon pairing that strikes a very exciting profile for a gin. The barrel and the gin blend into an almost antique perfume character that is defined by peppered honey, Turkish delight, and fresh juniper. The palate offers a commendable balance of sweet and savory with mint, cocoa powder, orange peel, and anise seed all woven together. Juniper gently closes things out in the finish."
