"The nose is clean with faint aromas of dried pear and white pepper. Robust legs suggest a full-bodied mouth-feel, but this rum prefers to show its more proper side with a light body and more delicate pear and pepper on the palate. The finish gets a touch sassier, but the spirit is never powerful, seducing instead with warmth and delicacy."
