Bluecoat American Dry Gin

Sweet and well balanced good flavor

Normally pick up Juniper-heavy London drys, but this was on sale and in a cool bottle. Very drinkable. Lots of bright citrus and coriander. A good change of pace; I’m ready to start experimenting with it in cocktails.

Finally back in North Carolina. Nice tasting. Gin.

Very citrus toward aroma, taste lighters, not overly juniper forward
