Reviewed November 9, 2020 (edited December 29, 2022)While gin seldom comes to my mind as the evening’s drink of preference, I can unequivocally advocate for bluecoat’s inimitable palate per contra to traditional profiles. The citrus elegantly storms the palate upon tasting,weaving between understated notes of juniper, and pepper that lace this drink with an abstraction of lucid sophistication. Truly a marvel.
