"In contrast to batch 001, this iteration is less hot on the nose, seems to have a softer wheat expression and is generally more subtle--a quality not always present in white whiskeys. The palate, while still wheaty, is less peppery, more balanced and banks its heat nicely. While still short, the round finish is consistent with first impressions. "
