Nose: Very similar to regular Bombay. Heavy juniper, with some minor ethanol.
Palate: Again, not much has changed. The usual pine flavors, and some citrusy tartness.
Finish: This is where the gin deviates. The peppercorn leaves a spicy and savory taste that lingers after the gin is gone.
Overall, this is very similar to Bombay Sapphire, one of my favorite gins, and definitely a solid choice. The lemongrass has little effect and the peppercorn only shows up on the finish. Definitely worth a try, and not a bad gin, just not very different from the original.
