Bombay Sapphire East Gin

I can smell the lemon grass and juniper. Flavor is different must be the peppercorn. Not sure what i think off that.

An amazing gin neat

Nose: Very similar to regular Bombay. Heavy juniper, with some minor ethanol. Palate: Again, not much has changed. The usual pine flavors, and some citrusy tartness. Finish: This is where the gin deviates. The peppercorn leaves a spicy and savory taste that lingers after the gin is gone. Overall, this is very similar to Bombay Sapphire, one of my favorite gins, and definitely a solid choice. The lemongrass has little effect and the peppercorn only shows up on the finish. Definitely worth a try, and not a bad gin, just not very different from the original.

Best for gin and water or gin and mineral water. Very clean

Simple yet elegant. Vietnamese peppercorn add pop and flare while the lemongrass gives it a great layer of aroma over the juniper berries.
