The Lumberyard Batch is the second batch for 2022 in the Booker's Small Batch Bourbon releases. This batch is named to honor the lumberyard that Booker worked at with his uncle Jeremiah Beam prior to his work in the distillery. This Kentucky bourbon is aged for 7 years, 1 month, and 7 days.
And like all Booker's Small Batch Bourbon bottlings, this is uncut and unfiltered with this batch coming in at 124.8 proof. Available as of July 2022 nationwide.

Tasting Notes
"The nose opens with ripe golden apple and pear, along with expected spice notes of leather, clove, cinnamon, and nutmeg. However, there is also a savory herbal note of bayleaf that carries into the palate, along with oregano, black pepper, and cherry cola. The palate feels less dense than previous releases, with slightly more tart fruit and savory qualities, but some caramel sweetness carries into the finish with a good spark of heat. "
