Nose: lingenberry, dried cranberry, cinnamon, floral, potpourri Palate: cinnamon, light sugar, dried apples, white tea, honeysuckle Finish: cinnamon, honeysuckle, cinnamon bark, stale tobacco, dark chocolate

Nose: Moist tobacco Palate: Creamy caramel, strawberry, slightly sweet corn Finish: oak, but not too much oak, roasted nuts, tobacco

Light apple, thin caramel, cinnamon, cardamon.

Nose: deep dark, red fruits. Wet leaves and rain forest (wet wood). Honey and molasses. Dried figs and overripe strawberries. Cinnamon. Dark leather. Cedar. Palate: honeysuckle, strawberry, white pepper. Dried pit fruits. Vanilla. Pepper. Yellow apples. Finish: light honey, cardamom. Hint of clove. Leather.

Nose: decaying leaves and wet wood, moist tobacco, overripe red fruits. Palate: Deep dark chocolate, jellied/dried pomegranate, honeysuckle, white pepper, yellow apple/pears, tobacco. Finish: over too soon; honey, cardamon, wet oak, cinnamon and paprika, slight heat.

Cloves, baking spices, balsam. Slight Apple/pear with cinnamon, a wisp of brown sugar. Medium oak on the finish. With water, a hint of brioche and crepe brûlée on the palate and chalky / musty oak finish.

Honeysuckle, floral, showing some barley/malt personality. Lower proof - so not much spice. A little clove on the mid palate Finish is a soft, almost nonexistent. A touch of grass/hay. Interesting nose - shows a little bubble gum and some honey. Light fruits. Pear and yellow apples.

Nose: caramel, pears, floral, honeysuckle, cedar, lavender. Palate: overripe pear, vanilla, hint of cinnamon and white pepper, oak. 2- cloves, heavier oak. Finish: lovely oak and cedar.

Banana nut bread. Very tasty and smooth. Light heat in the finish. A sipper for friends and special occasions.
