Brother's Bond Bourbon

Brother Jim got this for my wedding. It's not half bad, kinda like the Vampire Diaries. On the nose, you definitely get the sweetness of the corn, with a bit of a banana scent. The palette is more of the sweetness with a bit of vanilla and sweet fruit, and this is very drinkable. I don't get any of the heat from the rye. Not super interesting, but very easy to casually sip. Pretty solid.

Thin, predictable and generally lacking any sort of character

Vanilla with an almost rye taste.

Really smooth, with some tasty flavors, but feels like it was pulled out of the barrel quite a bit too early, so it lacks depth and color

A little on the spicier side with strong wood and oak notes. Slight vanilla on the finish. Pretty good for a young bourbon.
