Medium body despite havign a light color, might be an oak cask. Smells amazing: apple, pears, little vanilla + salty, tasts pear/appley with a little salt, and medium finish that is peppery and sweet/apply!
Not peady, which its nit supposed to eb, but also not really smokey, deapite being an islay.
Really nice!
Nose: floral, honeyed pears, caramel apple. Sea spray. Some earthy sherry. Vanilla. Craisins.
Palate: big on fruits here. A slight heat. A nice malt chewiness that brings a slight nuttiness. Moderate salinity in the mid palate to finish. Very slight sherry. A zip of citrus. A drop of water brings out the citrus, honey, and wood notes here
Finish: mild oaky tanins, slight sherry earthy/mustiness, apple cider.
