Neat pour with drop of water in glencairn Nose: alcohol, sweet barley. Honey, vanilla, leather, orange zest, burnt butter, fresh apple, green grapes, lemon grass, salt water. Palate:, honey, butterscotch, caramel, citrus, apple pie with the crust.... Briney. Finish: oily and medium, with sweetness and a hint of Sherry. Rich malt. Great scotch. Didn't know what to expect..... very sweet and malty. High Abv needs water to mellow out. Overall a great value and a great pour. Will be buying again.

Vanilla,creamy,soft...not 50% at all! Good drinkin

One of my top 3 favorite Scotches. Unpeated but still peaty. Beautiful color. A bottle worth exploring.
