Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie

A good scotch but not for the price. For a single malt I expect something smoother. It needs some water to open up the nose and smooth out the burn of the 100 proof. Not what I expect from scotch, more what I expect from an Irish whiskey or bourbon.

Very nice vanilla and cream, no smoke. Milder alcohol than i expect for a 50% bottling. No coloring, non chill filtered. Deserves a permanent spot on my shelf.
