Very low peat. Sweeter on the finish.

Rich, buttery vanilla on the palate. Almost oily. Nice and smooth finish

Distinctive in its sparseness and purity. It’s just straight-ahead barley and salty stone crackers on the nose and palate. It’s not enough or complex enough to really shine, but it’s the perfect accompaniment for just about anything because it’s crisp and clean as a white canvas. It’s a single malt for vodka lovers, and I don’t even mean that as an insult.
