Deep oak and slight vanilla. The proof makes itself evident though not until later.

There's some dark aroma I can't place. Maybe some sort of cereal? Butter? Flavor is bold and tasted like some sort of buttery baked good. Excellent complex balance of flavors, pretty rich. Sweet and spicy, even has some salt on the tail. Love this
