Apple and pears on the nose. Spicy cinnamon and vanilla on the palate. The finish is smooth and the flavor of the pears comes out to be replaced by pepper and ginger.

Strong, but sweet, wheat on the nose. Taste is a slightly smokey, brown sugar with a bright and clean finish

Predominantly wheaty and floral on the nose. Palette is smoky with a hint of caramel and coffee. Leaves a nice fire in the mouth that dissipates in the belly. Finish is smoky and slightly bitter.

I wanted to like this so badly but this was definitely not for me. Coconut and honey on the nose but it tasted like barley and burnt sugar in a way that I couldn't get past. I didn't get much of the fruit so I think this is one that I'll have to revisit later.
