easiest way to describe this unaged gem is its whiskeys vodka.....smooth, slightly (slight) sweetness, and definitely dangerous by the proof...crazy to think of all the great ones that come from this mash...i've only gone neat on this one but let's say smooth vodka that'll put you on your ass!! 🥃🔥(375ml / +-$25)

Nose heavy with buttered popcorn jelly beans. Sharp.

Lots of corn on the nose. Has a nice mouthfeel, but not much complexity in the flavors. You can really feel the ABV on the palate and some mild heat that ends quickly on the finish.
