Reviewed December 14, 2019 (edited September 3, 2020)Nose: sweet, juniper and lemon Taste: lavender up front with good juniper spice Finish: thin and smooth. Nearly no burn Gin and tonic: the gin pairs well with the lime, but the gentle finish gets drowned out by the tonic water a bit
