Bunnahabhain 12 Year

Picked this up on a recommendation for something sherried. Pretty good.

Lightly peated as opposed to other Islays I've had. Honey vanilla and light peat in the nose. Light peat and nothing else. Drops of water - no change

Slightly peated and beautifully balanced. Very easy sipper. Didn’t realize that we finished a bottle in no time. Butterscotch, berries, molasses, not too sweet, a bit of citrus and I bet I got a little bit of leather too.
