Bushmills 21 Year Single Malt

This is an incredible whiskey. Drink it alone, with no other whiskey to interfere, and enjoy all the character it has to offer. Just falls short of Redbreast 21 for me, some of which is due to the lower proof. And some is due to the fact I love the potstill flavor. In any case, I’d be happy to always have a bottle of B21 to pull out for special occasions.

Chocolate. Stonefruit.

Honey, fruits, and chocolate on the nose. Sweet and creamy on the palate, which gives way to a spicy and dry finish. It's very smooth, yet spicy, which gives a cool effect.

Thick, sweet, smooth, with buckets of dried fruit. Very good but pretty pricey

Barrelled 1993, Bottled 2014. This has powerful honey, heather, caramel and baked apple aromas. Mainly shows caramel on the palate. Flavor gets deep and concentrated towards the finish, which lasts quite long with an apple cobbler, brown sugar-like finish with just a touch of salt. It is a great whiskey.
