The nose starts off fruity, caramel, sherry. The taste on the palate smooth, silky reminds me of that first taste if a true craft beer you had when you realized what you've been drinking was shit. Vanilla, sweet, fruity explodes on the palate, finish is short, but sweet, very enjoyable whiskey.
Black Bush was pretty good. Bottle actually smoked when I popped the cork...really intense nose, made me step back a bit. Smooth with very little after taste. Hints of apples in the flavor, nice oily and viscous texture. Better on the rocks or with a drop or two of water.
